Any one think SpongeBob SquarePants should be changed from TV-Y7 to TV-PG?

I know that the one with the evil doodle was not actually funny at all, but seemed to be a direct ripoff from some scary twilight zone/outer limits/tales from the darkside episode. The doodle he makes of himself decides to erase (Thereby killing) him, and then take over his existance. And then there was the Icecream Lady from the movie.(shudders) And her "cat". So hell yeah I agree.
