Why is my period so messed up please help?

ok this is what happened. ive had unprotected a couple times this month. no accidents. my boyfriend pulled out. We had on Thursday which was July 9th. Part of it was protected part of it wasnt. first part was unprotected. then he put a condom on. During this time. My period was due Friday the 10th. Saturday came along and it never happened. So Saturday came 3am and i had again cept this time we had an accident. and that same day at 3pm i went to took the morning after pill. then on Sunday i took a prego test and it said neg. however if it happened thursday or saturday is it accurate? However its now Tuesday almost Wed. and i havent gotten it yet. And im just wondering if you guys think its delayed becuase im pregnant. or because i took the pill 2 times in a month
