I went to the emergemency room and several dr's offices I think I am pregnant they said no.?

Even if my urine and blood test say negative and I feel movement in my stomach chest and back. I was told that wasd gas. Every day and night? and I am enlarging around the mid section. Tomorrow I will have a cat scan using an IV on my stomach and an endoscopy soon and a colonoscopy on Sept 2. I think I am not being looked at properly by the healthcare facility. Shouldn't I get an ultrasound or ue a stethoscope. sorry about the spelling. How about a pelvic exam. Oh yeah, I am now 50 yrs. old what should I do?
