Is this legal Pelosi is Telling The Catholic Church they must speak about Immigration Overhaul from the pulpit?

Churches are not allowed to speak about supporting Democratic policies. This is why there is separation of Church and State. Pelosi is using her faith and leaving out all the others faiths.What right does the Catholic Church have to push their policies on non members of the Catholic Church .This is one sided.With as many scandals confronting the Catholic Church world wide and understanding that makes me believe the Catholic Churches history of cover ups, paying out billions in lawsuits, I certainly think they are not true representatives of their faith and currently have to many in house problems to be up there telling us what they want us to do and why.It comes down to making the Catholic member who does not support immigration reform be made to feel guilty.
