Kitten problems?

I have an 8 month old cat/kitten, neutered, and healthy. He knows how to use his litter box (i've seen him), but he feels the need to pee all over our house. I clean the litter box faithfully every day, and he still does it. I praise him when i see him use the litter box, but I still find pee all over. I don't know what to do. I love the little guy, but I can't keep him if he is going to pee all over our house :( Any tips???
