Looking for places to hang out, that are open late or 24/7 around phoenix.?

I'm looking for some places to hang out at, that are open real late on weekdays. Places open till 2am or later on even monday-thursday. Close to Tempe or the east valley would be best.. Somewhere to socialize, and meet fellow night owls. I'm not talking about places like walmart, denny's, or ihop. ;)
