Mil and Fil told my step kids they dont have to share their toys with my kids if they dont want to?

im 26wks pregnant and getting very upset over this. i taught all my kids they share their toys or they cant play with them. but what do you do when someone tells other kids they dont have to share with my kids? it seems really unfair for me to be telling them to share and then the others dont have to.
