Ok It's back to school time and i want to go back looking great with cool clothes and supplies.?

Where are some looks i could pull off with out spending too much money. ( i have brown hair 2 in. below sloulder, swoop bangs , tallish , ) I want to have cute school supplies or good kind what are some of the best pens and pencils or other cute stuff. Thx!
