This comment about whites being racist ...?

An African American woman was next to me at a store the other day. She saw me there, and she was talking to her daughter, who was in a dressing room. She said, "Honey, you've always gotta stick with your friends. Friends have your back. 'Cept white friends. White women don't like black woman." Was that comment about whites being racist basically racist towards whites? do you agree? I just want oppinions.
