First Vehicle Help?????

Ok so my 16th birthday is close and I'm looking at what type of SUV is right for me. I would want a 4x4 and something that looks kind of rugged but stylish. I would also need decent towing capacity because I mow yards in the summer. I've been looking at the Nissan Xterra as a good option, but a Jeep Wrangler would also be on my list although a lot of them are above the price limit of $7000. Could anyone give me a little comparison between the Xterra and Wrangler, or at least give a suggestion about what kind of SUV would be good for me?
