Why can't i make pc to pc calls, even though i can receive them. I even changed the tcp outgoing connection.

i changed the tcp outgoing connections on my firewall to 5050, 443, and 80 b/c that is what the yahoo voice technical page said that the ports for voice are. i am confused!
