9/10 of the "is my diet ok?" questions are diets that contain a pitiful amount of protein, like 10-15 grams. Protein is great for weight loss why don't people eat it? Also why don't people eat more healthy fats like olive oil and such? Also why are so many people opposed to eating well rounded meals. Most of these diets consist of a series of light snacks throughout the day, with no actual meals. What gives? Surely there can't be that many anorexics there must be some serious misinformation going around.
